Club History
One of Myanmar national league teams, Delta United Football
Club represents Ayarwaddy division. The Delta United Club
which is one of MNL strongest teams was found since Myanmar
was going to change from
amateur to Professional football at early months of 2009.The
First Owners are Ayarwaddy Business Men and first president
is U Zaw Win Shane. In First competition, Delta United FC
stood 8 in ranking of MNL Cup. Before MNL League Competition
2009 president U Zaw Win Shane resigned. So MAX Cement
Co.Ltd took office from that time .Permanently handover of
the Club to Premier Coffee Co.Ltd’s Managing Director U Tun
Yin was finished by Delta United chairman U Soe Han Linn at
September 28 ,2009.Delta United’s New Owner who is also
Premier Coffee Co.Ltd’s Managing director ,U Tun Yin had no
regional bias to take this responsible. U Tin Mint Aung
former Myanmar National Team Player is Delta United FC
Manager .Beside, head coach U San Win, assistant coach U Min
Zaw Oo, assistant coach U Aung Naing and Goalkeeping Coach U
Aung Kyaw Kyaw are not only well trained coach but also well
experienced former Myanmar National Team Players. Delta
United FC finished as First Runner up team in previous
League competition.
